  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika adds flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter beans to the skillet and gently stir to coat them with the oil.
  3. Sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the beans.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to mix in sautéed onions or bell peppers for extra texture and flavor. You can also add a splash of vegetable broth for creaminess.
