  • 1 tsp onion powder Adds depth of flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mash the cannellini beans with a fork until mostly smooth but still a bit chunky.
  2. Stir in the panko breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and chill them for about 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  3. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

You can keep these delicious patties in the fridge for about three days. To freeze, just pop them in an airtight container, and they’ll last up to a month. When you’re ready to enjoy, reheat in the skillet or the oven until they’re warm and crispy.
