- Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
These burgers keep well! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze uncooked patties for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet.
