Preparation

- In another bowl, combine the almond milk and apple cider vinegar, then let it sit for a few minutes.
- Stir in the oil and vanilla extract into the milk mixture.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. For a richer cake, swap half the almond milk for coconut cream for a dreamy texture. Add lemon zest for a refreshing citrus twist!
