  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and diced onions to the mixture and stir well.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tater tots on the bottom.
  5. Pour the vegetable and milk mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Top with the remaining tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
