Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and diced onions to the mixture and stir well.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tater tots on the bottom.
- Pour the vegetable and milk mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with the remaining tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
