Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Form the mixture into burger patties.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

These burgers can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. For added flavor, consider adding spices like cumin or smoked paprika.
