Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 1.5 cups Non-Dairy Milk
  • 0.25 cups Agave Nectar (or store-bought vegan honey)
  • 2 tsp Instant Yeast
  • 6 tbsp Melted Non-Dairy Butter (I used Country Crock plant butter)
  • 3.5-4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp if using table salt)
For the Filling
  • 3 tbsp Non-Dairy Butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Agave Nectar (or store-bought vegan honey)
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
For the Glaze
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 0.25 cups Non-Dairy Milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine non-dairy milk, agave nectar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, flour, and salt until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
Mixing the Filling
  1. In another bowl, combine softened non-dairy butter, sugar, agave nectar, and ground cinnamon.
Shaping the Buns
  1. Roll out the dough, spread the filling over it, and roll it up tightly.
  2. Cut into equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
Making the Glaze
  1. Whisk together powdered sugar and non-dairy milk until smooth.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven and bake until golden brown and fluffy.
  2. Drizzle with glaze while warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
