Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the almond milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients until crumbly.
Baking
- Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and swirl in the crumble topping.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serving
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with coffee or tea.
Notes
Store the cake in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze it for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave before serving.
