- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.

- Roll into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place in a greased pan and let rise overnight in the fridge or for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Baking
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Making the Icing
- To make the icing, mix the dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle over the warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter roll, add a touch more sugar. Letting the rolls rise overnight enhances their flavor.
