Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the almond milk and vegetable oil, and mix until a dough forms.
Rolling & Rising
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice it into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise overnight if desired.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Icing
- For icing, beat together the dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle icing over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, add extra icing if desired. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
