Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour Can substitute with regular flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder Use high-quality cocoa for best flavor
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust to taste for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  2. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes
