Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For serving, enjoy warm with a scoop of vegan ice cream. Add vegan chocolate sauce or chopped nuts for extra flavor.
