  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Seasoning
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli and mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Toss in bell pepper and garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezes well for up to a month. Reheat in a pan for best texture.
