- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Toss in bell pepper and garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezes well for up to a month. Reheat in a pan for best texture.
