- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli, sliced mushrooms, carrots, and bell peppers.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Cut the vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. Feel free to add your favorite veggies, like zucchini or snow peas. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper stir frying.
