Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Tear the stale bread into bite-sized pieces and place it in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the torn bread, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Let the mixture sit for about 15-20 minutes to soak.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden and set.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
