  • 1 ripe Avocado should be creamy
  • to taste Everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds for topping
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast slices of Ezekiel bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado until creamy.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the avocado.
  5. Top with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
