- Combine hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese in a greased slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the hash brown mix and stir to combine everything.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the potatoes and onions are tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté the sausage and onions first. This casserole can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
