  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Freshly cracked for best flavor.
  • fresh herbs for garnish Optional for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For best results, cut the wedges evenly for uniform cooking. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven to restore crunch.
