Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch.
- In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the chips are crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store cucumber chips in an airtight container at room temperature. Best consumed within a few days, but can last up to a week. Avoid refrigeration to prevent sogginess. For variation, apple cider vinegar can be used, or a pinch of chili powder for extra flavor.
