Ingredients
  

For the Cucumber Chips
  • 2 large cucumbers Sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cucumber slices to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the chips are crispy.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store cucumber chips in an airtight container at room temperature. Best consumed within a few days, but can last up to a week. Avoid refrigeration to prevent sogginess. For variation, apple cider vinegar can be used, or a pinch of chili powder for extra flavor.
