  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  2. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For reheating, place them back in the oven to regain their crispiness. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months but be aware they may lose some texture.
