Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For reheating, place them back in the oven to regain their crispiness. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months but be aware they may lose some texture.
