Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and golden brown.

Notes
