Ingredients
  

For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough Use your favorite brand.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peaches, diced Fresh or canned (drained).
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and diced peaches until combined.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and spread the cream cheese mixture over it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the mixture for that extra flavor kick.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into individual rolls.
Baking
  1. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat peach preserves until melted and drizzle over your baked rolls.
  3. Mix powdered sugar with a little water to make a glaze and drizzle over the rolls. Serve warm.

Notes

For a crispy edge, bake a few extra minutes. To make ahead, prep the cream cheese mixture and store it in the fridge overnight.
