  • 1 tsp paprika (optional) Can use other spices like chili powder or onion powder.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Baking
  1. Coat zucchini slices lightly with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
  2. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours or until crisp, flipping halfway through.
Serving
  1. Let cool and enjoy as a snack or with a dip.

Notes

For best crunch, slice the zucchinis as thin as possible and do not overcrowd the baking sheet. Store leftovers in an airtight container; they remain fresh for about 3-5 days.
