- Combine the oats and chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add the peanut butter and honey. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 balls and roll them between your hands.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
Notes
If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats. If it's too dry, add more peanut butter or honey. For added flavors, include dried fruit, seeds, or nuts. Can be frozen for up to three months.
