Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs Crushed graham crackers for the base.
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted Melted butter to bind the crust.
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 1 cups granulated sugar Sweetener for the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 3 large eggs Add eggs one at a time.
  • 1 cups sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 0.25 cups all-purpose flour Helps to set the filling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  2. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.
