Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs For the crust
Toppings
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Store-bought or homemade works!
  • 1 cup Fresh fruit Choose your favorite fruits like strawberries or blueberries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20 minutes, until just set.
  2. Let them cool completely.

  1. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the cheesecakes to chill to enhance the creamy texture. You can store them in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze them (without toppings) for up to a month.
