  • 1 head Cauliflower for mashes or rice
  • 2 medium Zucchini great for noodles or grilled
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts for roasting
  • 1 pound Green beans toss in garlic for some flair
  • 1 head Broccoli steamed or roasted
Flavor Enhancers
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter don't skip this!
  • 1 cup Cheese optional topping
  • to taste Seasonings salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.

Preparation
  1. Pick your veggie from the list above.
  2. Prep your veggies by cleaning and cutting them as needed.
Cooking
  1. Cook them using your favorite method — roasting, steaming, or sautéing.
