  • 1/4 cup honey Adds sweetness.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté until they are tender.
  5. Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

This dish can be served over rice or with a side salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
