  • 1 lb Ground beef Browned until cooked through.
  • 4 medium Potatoes, diced Used to add bulk.
  • 2 cups Cheese, shredded Can use any preferred cheese.
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped Adds flavor to the dish.
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, chopped Add color and sweetness.
Seasoning Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with diced potatoes, chopped onions, and bell peppers.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro on top before serving. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days in an airtight container.
