- In a large bowl, mix together the Magerquark, eggs, baking powder, flour, vanilla extract, and your choice of sweetener until smooth.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Use an ice cream scoop to drop round portions of the mixture into the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with your choice of berries.

These coins can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to a month. Reheat gently before serving.
