- Prepare the hash brown patties according to package instructions.

Assembly
- Once the hash browns are cooked, top each patty with a generous amount of mashed avocado, roasted brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and vegan parmesan cheese on top.
- Garnish with fresh microgreens before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy hash browns, cook them in a little oil. Add lemon or lime juice to the avocado to enhance its flavor. Feel free to mix in other beloved vegetables like cherry tomatoes or spinach. You can also add a poached or fried egg on top for extra protein, or include spicy sriracha for added heat.
