Preparation
- Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil.
- Place 3 cups of the juice into a wide, shallow bowl and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top. Let it stand for 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 cup of juice in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Once the juice is hot, add the gelatin/juice mixture and stir to dissolve.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your lightly greased pan.
- Place the pan into your fridge for at least 4-5 hours to set the gummies.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes and ENJOY!
Notes
These gummies can be enjoyed anytime as a snack! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about one week or freeze for longer storage. For fun shapes, use silicone molds.
