  • 1 cup sour cream Can be adjusted with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season according to your preference.
  • 8 ounces egg noodles Cook to al dente for best texture.

Preparation
  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
Cooking
  1. Stir in mushrooms and cook until they release moisture.
  2. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat and mix in sour cream until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.

Notes

For an extra twist, serve with garlic bread to soak up delicious juices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
