Cooking
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and browned.
- Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For stronger flavor, add more gochujang. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for variety. Ensure broccoli is dry before tossing it in the sauce for better adherence. For a nuttier flavor, add chopped peanuts or cashews on top for crunch.
