  • 4 large large potatoes Wash and cut into wedges.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For coating the wedges.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add to the olive oil mixture.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle over the wedges before baking.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For an extra kick of flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season to preference.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish Optional garnish before serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Place the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wedges, brush with a bit more oil before baking. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, aioli, or ketchup.
