  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and stir well to coat with the garlic butter.
  5. Cover and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
