Ingredients
  

For the Sliders
  • 6 pieces Slider buns Fresh slider buns
  • 1 pound Roast beef High-quality roast beef
  • 1 cup Caramelized onions Onions caramelized until golden brown
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or pepper jack
  • 1 cup Au jus for dipping To serve on the side
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted for brushing
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For additional flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, caramelize the onions until they turn golden brown.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Layer roast beef on each bun, then top with caramelized onions and provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. For variations, consider sautéed mushrooms or grilled veggies for a vegetarian option.
