- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the melted coconut oil.
- Mix in the sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

- If desired, fold in walnuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
