  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Can use homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce Select your favorite barbecue sauce.
  • 1 piece onion, chopped Add more for extra flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Used for frying.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce together.
  5. Once the chicken is browned, pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  6. Top with chopped onion.
  7. Cover the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven for best texture. For variations, consider adding herbs or using tofu for a vegetarian option.
