- Start by brewing the coffee and allowing it to cool.
- In a bowl, mix the vegan mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo into the cooled coffee for just a second, then layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the Oreos.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.
Notes
Chill the mascarpone mixture before layering for easier spreading. You can prepare it a day in advance for richer flavors.
