For the Tiramisu
  • 24 pieces vegan Oreos
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting For serving

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing the coffee and allowing it to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegan mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Dip each Oreo into the cooled coffee for just a second, then layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the Oreos.
  5. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with the mascarpone layer on top.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

Chill the mascarpone mixture before layering for easier spreading. You can prepare it a day in advance for richer flavors.
