  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil spray Use spray for less oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the cheese mixture, making sure it is well coated.
  4. Arrange the coated onion rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray with olive oil spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with ranch, spicy mayo, or your favorite dip.

Notes

Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months and reheat in the oven.
