Oven Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly onto the baking sheet.
- Add your favorite seasonings and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if you like.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before breaking into chips.
Microwave Method
- Place small dollops of cottage cheese on a microwave-safe plate lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each dollop slightly to create chip shapes.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and Parmesan if desired.
- Microwave on high for about 3-5 minutes, checking regularly until they are crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best enjoyed fresh but can last for a few days. If they soften, you can re-crisp them in the oven or microwave. Try adding cinnamon and a touch of sweetener for a sweet version of the chips.
