Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla) Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop) Feel free to use your favorite chocolate protein powder.
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust the sweetness to your taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for an hour to thicken.
Serving
  1. When ready to enjoy, serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.

Notes

Store the pudding in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour for the best texture. You can also add a scoop of peanut butter or almond butter for a nutty flavor or substitute honey for maple syrup for a different sweet taste.
