  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced Toasting enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
  3. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serving

Notes

Chicken Rice Bowls can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Letting the chicken marinate in the sauce for about 15 minutes adds extra flavor.
