Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated—make sure every piece is getting that cheesy love!
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. In the fridge, they'll stay fresh for about 3-4 days. In the freezer, they can last up to 2 months. Just reheat in the oven for that crispy goodness.
