  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast Essential for cheesy flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated—make sure every piece is getting that cheesy love!
Cooking
  1. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. In the fridge, they'll stay fresh for about 3-4 days. In the freezer, they can last up to 2 months. Just reheat in the oven for that crispy goodness.
