- In a large bowl, mash the drained chickpeas with a fork or potato masher until slightly chunky.
- Add in celery, green onion, red onion, and parsley.
- Stir in tahini (or your chosen spread), buffalo sauce, lemon juice, and spices. Adjust the buffalo sauce based on how spicy you want it!
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture onto your favorite wrap, fold, and enjoy!
Notes
Let the mixture chill in the fridge for a little while to let those flavors blend beautifully. Serve with crunchy carrot sticks or potato chips for extra texture.
