Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Can be substituted with coconut oil for a vegan version.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries and sliced peaches, then place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Crumble Topping
  1. Pour melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  2. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.
