Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow cooling in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
