  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix Can swap for chocolate or butterscotch for variation.
  • 2 cups cold milk Can use almond or oat milk for a vegan version.
  • 2 cups whipped cream For fluffier texture, whip the cream longer until peaks form.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor profile.
  • Nilla wafers (optional, for layering) Other vanilla wafers or graham crackers can be used.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Layering
  1. In a serving dish, layer the sliced bananas, pudding mixture, and Nilla wafers if using.
  2. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Banana Pudding Fluff can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Do not freeze. Assemble in stages if cooking ahead, but keep crunchy toppings separate until serving.
