Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the banana peels and cut them into strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, liquid smoke, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the banana peel strips in the mixture evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the coated banana peels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

Notes
