Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
- Add the almond milk and maple syrup to the mashed bananas, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for a week. For longer storage, freeze slices wrapped tightly in foil or plastic wrap for up to 3 months. Warm up in the microwave for about 15 seconds to regain that fresh-baked charm.
